Dilly Rye Loaf
Serves 8... serve warm.
1 Loaf 16 oz unsliced Round Rye Bread
½ Cup butter softened
2 Tsp dried dill weed
2 Tsp dried Chives
2 Tsp parsley flakes
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion Powder
Cut bread into 3/4 inch slices. Cut each slice in half. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Spread each slice of bread with Butter Mixture. Reassemble loaf; wrap securely in heavy duty aluminum foil. Place on warmer rack or to the side of the fire 15 to 18 minutes. Turn frequently until Heated throughout. To Bake in oven, wrap in foil. Bake at 375 oven 15 to 18 minutes.
